It's important to make sure students are completing their lessons with fidelity. A simple chart like this helps me monitor their completion. I keep this weekly data in a binder to refer back to and notice any possible patterns or trends.
This is an example of a sticky note template I use in student goal setting meetings for iReady Diagnostics. They can stick this directly on their chromebook as a reminder of the score they are working towards.
In order to assure students are completing their weekly lessons, this tracker is taped on their desk. For each lesson they pass, they receive a star sticker! This is their ticket to earning a bit of iReady games time.
I use this as a resource during goal setting meetings with students. We meet 3 times a year before the diagnostic to discuss data and next steps. At the end of the year, I am able to send this home to parents alongside the iReady Family Report.
